Rachel Tiedemann is the Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program Manager at the ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ, where she designs and supports interdisciplinary programming that fosters innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. She works closely with students and faculty to develop hands-on initiatives that align with ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s mission to prepare graduates for impactful, community-oriented careers.

Before joining ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ, Rachel co-founded Range Culture Co., a Maine-based consultancy offering human resources support, team workshops, and organizational development services. There, she partnered with companies and nonprofits across the state to design and deliver interactive workshops rooted in improvisational techniques, as well as develop policies and processes that support healthy team culture.

Prior to her work with Range Culture Co., Rachel served as an Onboarding Specialist and Executive Assistant at IDEXX, where she supported global leadership teams, coordinated onboarding, and managed large-scale learning and development events. She previously worked at The Opportunity Alliance, a social services nonprofit, providing executive support to the CEO and board, managing internal communications, and contributing to high-level organizational operations.

Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism, with a focus on Documentary Filmmaking, from the University of Missouri. Her background in storytelling helps her design experiences that are engaging, thoughtful, and impactful - whether she’s facilitating a workshop, planning a program, or helping students bring ideas to life.

She’s especially passionate about building spaces where people can learn by doing, think creatively, and work collaboratively.
